During April, May, and June we focus on the importance of earth/soil in our Caring for Creation activities. At Pentecost we remind that the Spirit sustains all that is true, good and beautiful wherever it may be found and by whomever it may be done. The traditional representation of Pentecost displays tongues of fire above the heads of the apostles and disciples symbolizing their transformation. May we be transformed by our care for all of God’s creation.
